I am not a fan of doctors & hospitals but I am totally impressed with Texas Med Clinic and Dr Luke Galindo. He was kind and explained everything thoroughly and in terms we understand. He is compassionate and made my ER visit while on vacation actually less stressful.
The previous review describing Luke Galindo as despicable is highly accurate. People such as himself, should not be a physician. To say he is rude is a complete understatement, I have never been talked to in such a manner in my entire life. I am planning to meet with the director of Texas Med Clinic to discuss my visit. I'm not going to let my experience be swept under the rug by any means.

I have been to Texas Med clinic only a hand full of times in the past few years and hope to never have to see Dr. Galindo ever again. I was rear ended in an automobile accident and was seen by Dr. Galindo who just seemed to disregard my complaints about my pain and quickly booted me out the door with a handful of ibuprofen and prescription for muscle relaxers and a piece of paper with "physical therapy exercises" I could do at home. When I followed up with him 2 weeks later since the pain had not gone away, he says there is nothing he can do for me and is making it seem like my symptoms may not be from the car accident since it so "minimal". He was very condescending and dismissive during his assessment and his assessment hardly included any real examinations or tests, during both visits. He was not helpful at all. The other doctors I have seen at the Texas Med Clinic on Hwy 151 have been great but do not see Dr Galindo. He and his medical assumptions are a waste of your time and money.
Dr. Luke Galindo is HORRIBLE! He was very rude to my husband and seemed like he didnt really want to be at work that day. My husband warned me once I walked into the room they put him in that he seemed very rude and I was shocked at the attitude I was greeted with once I met this man. He should be ashamed of himself treating sick patients the way he does. It was an awful experience for us!! We took my husband to Texas Med Clinic in Stone Oak because its was a weekend day and his doctors office was closed. The hospital would have cost to much as well so we decided a clinic might be better. We figured they could help him out with his pain but once he saw Dr. Galindo he explained to my husband that he needed a scan and we needed to go somewhere else to get it because our insurance didn't cover it at that facility. That took all of about 5mins to say that to us. I asked him if he was going to still need to charge us for the visit since they did absolutely NOTHING for my sick husband and he said YES. I thought this man was joking! He wasnt! So for a chunk of attitude from this mean doctor and 140.00 dollars later we walked out of there with my husband in unbearable pain and nothing done about it. BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR! We feel completely ripped off and scammed out of our money!
