every time i pick up mail here i wait for about 20 to 30 min just for someone to come to the door while everyone ignored me knocking

This is an Annex, good for picking up mail on HOLD, but not for retail service. Customers need to ring a bell for service.
i wish i could put negative 10 stars. This been the worst post office i ever dealt with. Everybody is rude and not helpful. They hang up on you. And i have a very hard time getting my packages delivered. Also had packages lost and delivered to wrong apt complex. Someone needs to get this post office in order or close it down completely. What happend to standards????? This post office has none. Just awful
