I would have rated this office five stars, but in recent months they have been using a plug in air freshener that is VERY overwhelming. Each time I go in I get a headache and my clothes literally end up smelling like the air freshener. I'll be looking for a new post office.
Employees were friendly and the male employee was VERY helpful in informing me about all the mail classes and costs. My visit was informative, fast, and super efficient. It's a shame that i live dead-center downtown San Antonio, because this is my favorite post office.

I needed to get a feel for the cost of shipping something with lots of uncertainty and ambiguity still surrounding the destination and size of the package. This didn't make for an easy thing to help with but the employees on duty were quick to give me a general price range and pro tips to keep costs down, which proved pretty valuable.
Best and easiest post office to patron. Quick service, very knowledgeable. Does not feel like a government building.
