The house was absolutely disgusting, they NEVER return calls and they ONLY do things within the legal limits.
DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT RENT or BUY from these people. I have been a tenant of theirs for less than 2 years and have had, by far, the WORSE experience from them. They have zero customer service skills and they have proven to be the LOWEST FORM of professionals I have ever had the experience of working with. To even refer to this company as professionals would be the biggest lie of the century.
One of the worst real estate companies in town, it is only my feedback. They may run everything within the legal frame. When the show the properties for rent they do not even clean the bathrooms, filthy, filthy. They only promise to clean but at the end they do not do it. If you rent from them, be aware. If they help to manage your property, be on top of their actions, you may end up doing 80% of their job. The payments are always late or delayed.
THESE PPL ARE THE WORST MY MOM ID TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF HER EVICTION SO WE CAN MOVE AND THEY KEEP TAING FOREVER TO CONTACT HER BACK
Please file a complain with Real Estate Board at state level and with the town.
My daughter and boyfriend are currently living in a property they are managing if that's what you want to call it. The owner resides out of state and they have had numerous problems a/c does not work properly and roof leaks, a lot of the ceiling in the house is turning black and the leaks are ruining the wood floors Tomorrow i will call the health department and report them. This company uses the excuse they cannot reach or get an answer from the owner. These issues have been going on for some time. Enough is enough! Pictures and dates and times are documented. Tomorrow I will also contact Real Estate Commission.
No one EVER answers the emergency on-call phone, you have to leave a message (so hopefully you don't have a true emergency!), good luck getting them to call back.
I will never recommend them, not even to my worst enemy.
I think this management company is not a very serious one. I found a property they advertised on craigs list, I called them, entered the extension, left message about the property I was interested in and waited for a reply. I got none, I called again the next day and left a another message at the same extension and waited, and still no response. I called again in the attempt to rent something that they advertised and this time I left a message at main extension and explained how I was not being responded to by Thomas and if someone would pleas call me back and let me know if the property I saw advertised was available. I was polite in my messaging, but still no response. I would question the professionality of a management company that would advertise a property and would not response at all to the number they listed. It seems this would be a red flag to anyone considering AMG to manage their property.
