Good drinks good seafood. Awesome oyster shots you have to have them when you go there very good. Houston Texas in the building.
As far as Mexican seafood restaurants go, I wouldn't put this one at the top of my list, or even second, but I would be willing to give it another try in attempt to find a better item on the menu.
Great selection of food choices. Sometimes there's a wait but well worth the wait. Service is great! Some fun drink's available as well. It's a must try!
I ordered the 2 Fish, 3 Shrimp, 3 Oyster plate. The size of the fish on the plate were disappointing, the size of the oysters was almost nonexistent. The oysters were tiny little things, about the size of a dime, they were dry and had almost no meat in them. The shrimp were decent, average size, not large. The fries that came with the meal made up 70% of what was on the plate. When I was done eating a huge pile of fries was left.
I've been told this restaurant is busy on weekend nights, due to it having a bar inside.
The food here was delicious! My only complaint is that this place is so popular that they tried to cram too many people into the restaurant. However, our waiter was polite and even offered to take a family photo for us. And I cannot express enough just how great the food was.
I just recently tried this restaurant for the first time. It came highly recommended by a few people I spoke to, so I had it on my list of places to try. I was working in the area one night and it was nearby so I decided to give it a try.
Prices were average for a seafood restaurant but high for the portions received. My dining partner commented that his plate was just enough to fill him up, but he had cleaned the plate and there was nothing left.
Extremely disappointed. My family had been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time and we finally decided to try it for lunch on a Sunday at noon. We didn't even make it past the hostess. She had a bad attitude, no smile, terribly rude look on her face. I was told that I could not bring in my morning coffee, which is fine, but the bad attitude of the hostess gave me a bad taste in my mouth of what was to come. We have never been treated that way at any restaurant. I do not recommend!
