If I could do it all over again I would definitely not send my daughter to this high school. When I first moved to the school district I thought my daughter would be going to great schools with caring teachers. She did have some great teachers in middle school, but other than that they left my child to fall between the cracks. I had to hire two lawyers/advocates and be on the special education department all the time. I had to ask for my daughter to have homework, more like beg. I was told my daughter wouldn't be able to go to college, that she wasn't able to read past a certain reading level, and was told a story how a child like mine went to college and got raped. Horrible! My daughter is in college and can read way past the reading level they told me she was incapable of doing. It's obvious that some of their employees lack a good education. The school district only cares about students that excel in sports or academically. I didn't think this was still going on in today's society, but it is. Sad.

It's a great school with some shortcomings. Favoritism is rampant and you can't hope to establish a good relationship with your teacher unless you had them before or if they are new to the school. The curriculum here is superb though.
I love my school I'm very blessed to be in a top well educational school.
