The mall is great but let me warn you to be very careful if you go to Relaxstation Tranquility. I had a foot massage and a 30-minute massage. Everything was great until it got time to pay. It was 78. The people do not know English very well and then he wanted a $20 tip. At home, I don't even pay this much for an hour massage that does what they did plus their technique is very different than the traditional massages I have gotten before.
It's a really nice shopping center to just walk around and window shop, some of the shops can be kind of pricey, but the atmosphere of San Antonio in general is fantastic. The River Walk itself is really pretty. I highly recommend visiting here if you are ever in San Antonio.
Visit this mall frequently during San Japan/PAX South/Other Cons, having that little corner store type thing next to the steakhouse is a LIFE. SAVER. This mall has a lot of stores but somehow still leaves something to be desired, everything is fairly clean and riverwalk access is fantastic. I've been going here since I was very young, so it holds a special place in my heart and brings back good memories nearly every time I visit.
Always a joy to visit this beautiful place! The shops are plentiful and always welcoming. The smiles are bountiful and contagious. Definitely a must for all locals and visitors as well!
The Mall is awesome but restrooms were yuck! it was late in the day, but I expected more since it is a tourist attraction
