i bought some tostadas from here and they tasted TERRIBLE. a few days later i finally returned with my receipt and asked for a refund I had gone 2 days later but they advised me they needed the receipt. Jessica a employee there was BEYOND RUDE AND DIDN'T APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. she then called her manager who said i could exchange it for something in the same price or store credit but NO REFUND because it had been a few days and the expiration date was fine.
Tortillas and chips are great, and the prepared hot food is good. However, the pastries have been stale many instances. Even worse is that the prices you see on shelves and in their advertisement usually do not match the register. The cashiers win because they don't speak English.
The man in the meat department was quite helpful. He assisted us in cutting a specific type of steak. Willingly showed us the grade of meat. Good experience. Clean and well stocked.
They have excellent food. Eat there of take out. Good meat dept & produce dept. Excellent bakery
she said even if it taste bad the expiration date was fine so it made it okay!!!!!!!!!!! when i agreed to take the store credit Jessica said but you have to do it now. she never mentioned that to start with. THIS EMPLOYEE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AND IF SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH ISSUES SHE SHOULDNT WORK WITH PEOPLE. I have yet to speak with manager. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE
