Our Tour manager Tiffany Hans was amazing! We could not have asked for a better tour. Everything was arranged so perfectly we didn't have to worry about anything. Our Hotels were in the middle of everything - so it was easy to get out an about. She provided wonderful Tour ideas and arranged our flights in a manner so we could get the most out of each day. I highly recommend Tiffany if you are planning a vacation to Australia.
My wife and I booked through About Australia to plan our honeymoon to Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji. Our experience was great! Tiffany and the other staff we worked with were very helpful in planning exactly what we wanted. They were able to accommodate all our requests allowing us to completely customize our trip. As expected, things out of anyone's control happened during traveling. About Australia was able to ensure our trip carried on with next to no inconveniences. We would definitely travel through them again!
My Husband and I can’t thank About Australia enough! We decided to spend our Honeymoon in Australia, but weren’t quite sure how to book, and manage such an extensive trip. After doing some research online, we came across About Australia. We decided to send them an E-Mail, and see what would come of it. A woman by the name of Fiona wrote back to us almost immediately, and promptly sent us a questionnaire in regards to what we wanted to see, and where we wanted to go. We simply checked off what we wanted to do, and about one week later, we received our own private itinerary! We were astonished at how fast Fiona had gotten back to us! We looked over the itinerary, made hardly any changes to it, and decided to book our Honeymoon! It was wonderful knowing that we were taken such great care of, and no matter the questions we had, they were always answered in a timely, and friendly fashion.
About Australia took so much of the stress out of planning our trip that we simply were able to just enjoy ourselves. It truly was the trip of a lifetime, and much of that had to do with knowing the places we stayed and the activities we did were already vetted and came highly recommended. Thank you to Stephanie and the entire organization for helping us fulfill our dream of visiting such amazing countries!
Once we arrived in Australia, we followed every direction on our itinerary, and were never lead astray. Every shuttle that Fiona had booked for us arrived on time, the adventures that we went on held up to our expectations, and we had no issues with our domestic flights, as well as our international flights to, and from the U.S. We couldn’t have asked for a better Honeymoon!

We had a great trip with some minor glitches because of a canceled plane by Virgin Australia. The places we stayed were excellent and we particularly liked the Hanson Bay cabins and the Rose Gums Tree Houses. It was very nice to have laundry facilities in most of the locations. We picked up rental cars twice and found driving in Australia was not a problem as drivers are polite and follow road rules (better than in the US). I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because it would have been good to have had more information before the trip about the places we were staying - i.e., which ones were self catering, which ones provided laundry facilities, etc. and there was some confusion about the last part of our top end tour because our instructions didn't tell us what time we would be picked up and we were still asleep when the bus came at 7:00 am. All in all it was a very good trip and About Australia was very helpful in planning a complicated itinerary.
What an amazing trip of a lifetime! When my husband and I decided to plan a trip to Australia, NZ, and Fiji, we were a bit overwhelmed with all of the details. Stephanie at About Australia was an amazing resource! She helped us plan a truly once in a lifetime experience. She guided us on possible excursions to do, but she also gave us the reins with scheduled free days and some ideas of our own. The accommodations and flights she booked for us worked out perfectly. It was the perfect blend of activities and downtime to explore all of the cities we visited! Hard to say what our favorite place or experience was- there are too many to choose!!!
