My wife and I purchased the service a few years ago and are just now getting the time to really use it. First off, it takes a little time to figure out how the service works so be patient. Second, the staff are very helpful and will tell everything you need to need to know and more. We recently purchased a honeymoon trip to Hawaii for our daughter and son in law as a gift. We really wanted it to be special and we got a super good rate for the flight and resort. There was a flight cancellation with the airline some weeks after the booking and we were so worried because of availability at that time. Well, Shane and Marlena pulled it through beautifully with no extra expense to us. And then helped the kids with their rental car needs. Thank you both! We look forward to having you assist us in all of our future travel plans for us and our family!
