A large variety of products and the place is great. Awesome customer service! Had an issue with my order and the manager, Jeremiah went above and beyond to make it right. Highly recommend the place. Will definitely make another trip.
Great sweets but horrendous service !!
Suggested by an office friends who is absolutely addicted to their pastries, I gambled on a chocolate fudge cake. Great gamble! I just walked in without nottice and walked out with a masterpiece. Once unveiled, it was a hit! Mouths were watering, instantly! Not too sweet, not tart the cake lasted all but 7 minutes on the table. If you want to make an impression, this is the place to shop...
AMAZING! This place has some of the best Baklava and pastries you can get in San Antonio. Super delicious and when you walk in you'll want to try one of everything. They also offer free samples of the baklava. You can have either pistachio or walnut. This place is simply amazing and I'll definitely be coming back soon.
They might have great treats but I expect to be treated with some decency at least as a human and acknowledged and told hey we will be with you but nope looked right over me multiple times while I'm waiting .
The dessert pastries and baklavas were amazing! I definitely recommend! I only give it a 4 star only because of the young guy working there who was waiting on me, did NOT have good customer service. When I asked what he would recommend or the most popular ones, he would shrug and say I don't know.... I don't eat this.... and again for the other products...it tells me he was not motivated to work there and you could tell by his body language. I called him out on it..... to ask another person that knows about the product.... sorry to be rude, but I would want someone who's working there to know about the food and what he's selling. Other than that the dessert products were great and wonderful and so was the friendly lady cashier!
Seriously if I'm here waiting with an empty store for 15 min with no service then when customers come in I'm ignored And they start serving others. Making me wait longer no apology nothing. I waited 25 min before leaving and getting no service.
