Good selection of table top games, very friendly people and atmosphere
Looking for comics, they didn't stock many (if any) back issues, upcharged a few too. I found better prices on ebay. The staff was very friendly and helpful though, and there was a fairly large selection.
They carry a wide variety of tabletop games, cards for trade/battle games, comic books and related merchandise, some anime merchandise and model-building supplies, plushes and snacks, a nice variety of Funko Pop figures that's kept up to date with new releases, a surprisingly good selection of manga. Their prices are reasonable in general, and you can get really good deals when they have clearance sales.
Alot of things to do here whether it's Tournaments or Gaming tables.
They always have a welcoming environment without being too pushy.
A little of everything for nerdy type games. Great selection of Funko Pops, Board Games, Dice sets, and Comics.
Their selection of D&D 5e and Pathfinder is probably the best you'll find in the area.
This comic book store has probably the biggest selection I've seen so far in San Antonio. So many different types of comics to choose from.. board games, Pops, figurines much more to look at!
I stop in at Dragon's Lair whenever I'm in the area, and will continue to be a customer.
Really like the atmosphere at Dragon's Lair. The shop's always clean and well-organized, the staff's friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell and the culture of their demographic. I've never taken part in any of the games played there on site, but the area for it looks as clean and well-organized as the rest of the place.
