Bad service
No complaints. Fast and easy. Wish they could lower the purchase price after having rented, but hey capitalism right?
Poor service, and Va Voc Rehab San Antonio, Tx never gets the order right when I have gone to pick up my book supplies....
I felt unwelcome when I would go in to buy something. Did not buy back my textbook after a few months from purchasing it.
I rented my books on a Sunday online. Today, I tried to get a refund for my books and was told that there was a policy where all sales were final. I'm not sure how that policy applied to me, I didn't buy my books at the beginning of the semester; but it did. Anyway, I was told I could check in my books and receive a gift card. I thought, cool, I can buy a gift card for another place with that gift card. I was informed after I got the gift card that I can only buy merchandise with it from the store.
TLDR: I wasted my money for nothing.
The staff was kind of rude, but I can imagine that they're that way because of the dumb policies they have to enforce. The workers are only doing their jobs, and I understand that. But this company is stupid and needs a lot of work.
Ordered all my books in timely manner.
