Horrible service, Rudy said my service would be complete in 3 days, then it took 6 and I never got a call or email, I had to keep going in person. Rudy also said it would about 700 dollars, then told me a bs story of how it totaled to 1300 dollars.

We used AARCO Transmission and Car Repair many years ago, paying half the price that the dealer quoted (about $2,000 rather than $4,000) to replace the transmission in our Honda Odyssey. We had no problems with the repairs they did, or the service being friendly, professional, and delivered on time. That’s why, when another Honda dealer told me recently that they could change four ignition coils on my 2007 Honda Fit for $978, I called Rudy at AARCO. He said that he would have to run a diagnostics test himself AND would do so at NO COST, and if that was the problem, he would replace them for $578. I took my car there and left it overnight. He called me first thing in the morning to say that there was, in fact, misfiring with all of the coils (he even showed me what the diagnostics results were), and that the sparks plugs had been damaged by the failing coils. He said that he would change the coils, replace all the spark plugs, AND he recommended a fuel injection treatment, all of which he would do for LESS THAN THE ORIGINAL QUOTED PRICE - $550. (The dealer had said the plugs were fine.) Rudy actually lowered the price and did additional work. I gave him the go-ahead, and the car was done in 3 hours. They also always check and fill tires, and top off all fluids. My car is 10 years old and feels like it has been reborn. I introduce my sons to Rudy and recommended they use him for all their engine repair needs.

Absolutely Disgusted. Always read the reviews people. I was actually recommended this place and know someone that works there. He has done nothing wrong by the way. Was told by Rudy that my car would be picked up this morning. Missed a day at work and called to see if someone was coming. I was told yes. Nobody ever came, I never received even a courtesy call or anything. Basically left stranded. So now I have to start looking again. I lost a work day and God forbid, I'll be losing more days. So, thank you Aarco for showing me that my business isn't wanted

I recommend that everyone do their homework when being quoted prices on auto repairs, especially if you are a woman like me. Find out whether there will be a charge for diagnostics, what the parts cost (call a parts place), whether they are rebuilt or new parts, and what the labor costs are, to be assured you are getting a fair deal. If you don't do this, shops may try to make more money if they can. You should also let the shop know that you plan to get another opinion as well, and do so if you have any doubts whether the work needs to be done.

They are crooks. They bend and twist details, mislead their customers and their workmanship is horrible. They have a new manager that does pretty well with the customers now. But I dealt with them a year ago and the work they perform was terrible. Their estimated time of completion is horrible will have you tied up for indefinite period of time. In two years feeling with their warranty cost me $3950. Not happy at all.

This the very first time that I have ever posted a review, However, I feel compelled to do so after Rudy and his crew, not only fixed the tranmisson and ignition in my Dogde truck,They also give outstanding follow up service at no charge on their work. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, sincerely & respectively, Greg Holmes

One other great thing about AARCO, is that they are a NAPA-approved company. I am going on a long trip, and if anything goes wrong, I can take it to any other NAPA company anywhere and the warranty will be honored.
