The store is clean and well organized. Always good quality clothing. The shoes are reasonably priced.

Tried calling the store several times. Asked for Garden Department. They won't answer their phones. After 4 attempts, over an hour period, I tried pressing "0" to speak to an Operator. It prompted me to LEAVE A MESSAGE. Rediculous! Customers wanting to spend money at Sears should be able to get in touch with specific departments to make sure the item they are looking for is in stock.
They have good quality products. Great assortment of appliances. We recently bought a new Kenmore elite electric range. They delivered when promise. Customer service could be better some of their associates are not too Friendly.
