They could use a little more help with McDonald's. In addition the waiting room for the auto place needs a redo and clean since its very dusty there...
Returns and exchanges have better and staffing.
Bathrooms are usually very clean.
I go to this location for groceries and mainly to get keys made. There are a couple of people there that make my day with their great customer service and positive attitude. One person is a guy named JOHN and there is a lady named Christine. The combination of these two working together is fun to watch. One makes a key the other is there to help. There is nothing negative I can think of. Great job guys. Thank you for cutting almost 200 keys for me in the last few years.
Just like any other walmart. Found expired items after got home. Can’t be more inconvenient. Went back and still has not restocked expired items. I had to let them know otherwise it would still be there.
Apart from friendly staff, they are willing to help.
Appears there is a staffing management issue at this location. Somebody needs to provide some training!
Every time I have a return, I have to stand in line at Customer Service counter for a half hour or so. Yet, there are associates standing around appearing to be doing nothing. Why wouldn't you staff accordingly...especially since your Customer Service counter offers so many other services?

If you are considering to do an oil change they do good jobs there and they are fairly priced.
The one place where the staff is not friendly or attentive is the online order pick up center, they need some work there.
Everything is organized, it is rarely when there is mess.
Maybe consider having a lane for basic returns and a line for all the other services that you now offer.
Parking is great is well lit and there is plenty space.
It's a Wal-Mart, so there is half of what you need to know about this location. I've found that this store has much more helpful employees than those at the store closer to me, and that's honestly a huge plus. I've actually been asked if I needed help finding things. The store is clean and usually well organized
Or better yet, train all your checkers and allow them to do a basic return or exchange.
