I hope Best Buy recognizes the quality of employee they have in Kira, I bought my appliances because of Kira's service during and after the sale...it also helped that I got a huge value for my dollar at the Outlet!
Not only did they have the fridge and dishwasher I wanted, top of the line, they were a fraction of the price of the 2 major home improvement stores "sales" prices.
If you are looking for a new appliance, give the Best Buy outlet a shot. They get new stuff every week so you're best shot at getting what you want is on Friday.
Even right up to when my Perfect dishwasher was delivered in a Not Perfect condition, she was there to help me navigate my next steps.

Exceptional customer service. I don't remember the employees name but he has dreads. He helped me a lot while choosing the right Fridge for my house. Thank you so very much. I'm extremely happy! This store rocks! All employees were positive and nice.

Great place to get a deal. The manager was really helpful and a had a very positive attitude. Would be nice if there was a phone number if you had questions.
Was able to get some new appliances with minor cosmetic imperfections at a very reasonable price. Kiera was very great through the whole process. She answered all of our questions and worked with us to get us the best prices possible.
Ok, average 3.7 stars at time of this review but my experience was 5 stars... Bought a stove for my mother's B-day and after installing it the stove didn't quite operate like we expected... Spoke with the boss man and he was so chill, awesome and reassuring he told me that I could exchange for another however because most of the inventory isn't identical the other gas range was just a tad more expensive... He approved an even exchange no questions... Woooooow... Unheard of nowadays EXCELLENT customer service is DEAD... Wait that's what I thought until today This man is genuine with a truly honest kind and sincere attitude did I mention helpful and informative... I can't say enough.... Yes it's a scratch and dent store but all this stuff is mostly new with few returned items and quite frankly a lot of the inventory is perfect... At the end of the day once it's in your house it's no longer new and let's face it your kids are probably gonna scratch and dent it anyways so why delay the inevitable BUY your appliances here and save some money
