My first visit to the store was excellent. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Absolutely no sales pressure. Beautiful demos and selection of equipment. Everything is priced, so you don't have to chase anyone down for information. I live outside of Texas and will be making a purchase to be shipped home. I'm very pleased with my experice and the professional staff who helped me. Thank yoy!
Good knowledgeable staff and quality equipment. You will pay a bit more than if you buy it online but the fact is that they stand by their products. I know for a fact that they will not hassle you on returns or technical issues. Definitely a good place for all audio and visual needs.
I was not there to buy today and made that clear. The staff was still more than willing to help and let me Demo some of their speakers. Helpful and friendly. Two thumbs up.

I've been doing business with Bjorn and his employees over a period of 45 years, even before he owned his stores. I've had exactly one negative encounter with a salesperson in that period of time, and it was remedied. His prices are fair and his merchandise top quality. Most recently I had them survey my video systems and make recommendations. The work they did was excellent, so I can vouch for their home installation people as well.
