The employee's are friendly but not overly pushy to make a sale. Its easy to find what you need. I like buying online and picking it up in store. It's quick and easy unlike other places *cough* Wal-Mart.
Went into Best Buy today to buy a 4K TV and was completely ignored by associates doing NOTHING! One associate even looked at me and kept walking. As a long time Best Buy card holder, I guess I'm not important anymore. It's a shame because I've always referred people to Best Buy but not anymore after how I was treated!!! When I cancel my credit card, I'll definitely tell customer service what happened.
Good quality, they usually are always out of stock on things I need when I check online and they supposedly have them. No one knows anything and the employees all look lost out of their minds. The Manager is always goofing off or wondering and no one asks if you need help with anything. You literally would need to chase someone down to get anyone's attention.
Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Even got helped by the Google guy. Selection is very good. Really nice to have someone help compare similar products, staff is knowledgeable and have given me honest comparisons and info. Better than the bogus reviews on Amazon...
We went to a couple stores looking for a particular fridge and this Best Buy is the only place that had it ready in stock...and actually a bit cheaper too. I was pretty happy with that and even happier when I got approved for the credit card. It was basically a perfect visit and easy to be biased, but their great customer service is always consistent. This is my favorite location.
