Fantastic customer service. It's just an overgrown kiosk, but literally every employee I've encountered there was both helpful and knowledgeable.

Very excellent customer service by the staff, all are very knowledgeable and friendly!! I will continue to use this Microsoft store for all my Xbox needs! I honestly prefer this store over bestbuy across the street in my opinion.

They went above and beyond to help me with a purchase that ended up not working.This was genuine customer service, unlike Gamestop that just sells you products and when they break they want nothing to do with you. I will only shop at Microsoft stores from now on
