Went in last night, to get my Samsung S6 contacts transferred to my new iPhone. The guy that helped me was awesome, courteous, and knowledgeable! This is a big part of the reason I will be staying with Sprint for a very long time! Thanks!
Ashley was a fantastic help last night in upgrading my Android to an iPhone! There were quite a few horrid customers that came in last night with attitudes however she and her male associate handled them all calmly and politely. My payment processing hit a snag and needed to be fixed on the back end, causing a major delay. Ashley multi-tasked and asked each person what they were in-store for in-between holds/waiting periods during my payment processing. I was very impressed by her warmth and positive attitude as well as her ability to memorize details, multi-task, and delegate tasks out to her associate in order to help everyone in store. She also fixed my payment processing issue!
Scamming workers lie about phone plans and mislead customers about purchases so they make more commission. Do not go to this store, it's third party and the employees there are lying thieves who sign you up for extra lines without telling you.
Customer experience was the best I have had at any phone store in a very long time. Brian who was the manager was the only one working at the time I entered the store. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made my process of switching from AT&T to Sprint very easy. No wait time at all once I entered the store. I would recommend this Sprint store specifically to all my friends and family.
Fabian was nothing short of an exceptional representative of Sprint and was incredibly helpful and empathetic in regard to my phone situation. He took great care and made sure I didn't leave without a working phone in hand. Everyone there is nice and helpful, good job
