This agency is very money hungry. I have paid on time and never had a claim. Before I moved to Dallas, I requested to get a quote on what my monthly payments were going to be. As expected, it was substantially more. After saying "no no no I have to take a look at other options" they decided to charge me the amount, EVEN BEFORE I MOVED TO DALLAS! I have been with Allstate for 9 years. Never would I have thought that they would treat me the way they did. The business practices that they have are as follows: You don't have to give official authorization, if you say you will be moving, they will charge you regardless if you say no. Do not go with this branch. (This is not a review for Allstate in general, just for this specific agency).
