About 6 months ago we had a pretty bad hail storm and I was bracing myself for all the surprises that would come with having my roof redone. Sue and Donovan (another great person that works at ARM!) helped me all the way through the process, and the only surprise I had was that there were no surprises! I can’t tell you how many horror stories I hear about “this thing isn't covered” or “That exceeded your limits” from other people, but Sue and Donovan did an excellent job making sure my policy would cover me when I needed it, and they held my hand all the way through the claims process.
I called ARM in a panic, as I had an event coming up and was given a deadline of just a few hours to obtain liability insurance. I worked with Donovan at ARM and I can't say enough great things about the way he handled my situation. He was patient, accommodating and shared my sense of urgency to get this done at the best price. Hands down would use him for all of my commercial needs!
I have had Sue as my agent for a long time. She is very friendly, and responds promptly to any questions I have. When I bought my home she took care of all the new homeowner’s insurance stuff that I had no clue about. She walked me through what was needed by the mortgage company, what the minimums for coverage are legally allowed to be, and what sorts of additional coverage should be purchased. It is very reassuring to have an expert walk you through this stuff, because you never know what you need and don’t have until you file the claim if you just buy from some online website.
I spoke with one of their representatives, Donovan, about whether I should switch and drop cut some of my coverage to reduce my premium, and he explained how each coverage works and what each was for. It helped me make a better decision, and prevented me from making changes to my policy that could have left me underinsured. Very helpful, friendly and professional even though I decided to keep my current policy. Hope to do business with them in the future.
Donovan and Todd are the best out there. They are always knowledgeable and take care of any insurance needs that our office is requiring. I love working with them and would say that if you need insurance needs, call them, you won't be disappointed.
This is what I wish every part of starting and running a small business went like. Always ready to help and go the extra mile. I like how I can physically go into the office if I am close by and take care of anything. Donovan is always quick and sharp and on top of things.
