Worst company! Not sure which websites are rating this company as one of the best insurance companies! Where are they getting their reviews from?!? They lie about the price on the quote and raised my policy TWICE in a one two month period, stating they had to pull a DMV when I had them pull the DMV BEFORE I signed and agreed to anything but then stated they hadn't adjusted the price accordingly! Do not trust them!
Truck struck with rock. Damage was a quarter size star on driver side windshield. Took vehicle for seal to damaged area to prevent windshield's further damage. Cost approximately $65. When repairman called GEICO for authorization to seal damage was informed that I had been selected randomly for inspection of damage before repair could be authorized. I relayed to claims rep that should windshield shatter before repair then my cost would be $250 deductible and GEICO would still pay $65. Total cost of windshield would be approx $315. Have her a GEICO insured for seven years with no claims. Changed home and auto insurance based on principal.
Geico has always been good to me. At this point I wouldn't change to any other insurance.
Never trust this company. 2 and a half years with them. 6 month premiums. All is well when they receive their money. I was in an accident and now they are denying the claim. But I'm a premium customer and they don't want to lose me. Three customer reps three different stories. They trust my money, constency, but I can't trust their service. Pass. Lesson learned. Over priced for no accountability
This is not the way to start a reliable relation.
I suggest you check carefully what they try sell you.
Charged me $50 more on my monthly billing than they said they would. They are lying to their customer about the price just to sell another policy.
