Shannon was very patient with me in a very difficult custody agreement. I was hard pressed to make a decision I felt comfortable and confident with, and despite me waiting to the last minute and changing my mind an untold amount of times, she accommodated and fought for my son and I. This is the first time I've been in a situation like this and my understanding of the legal system is non-existent. If not for Shannon explaining me my rights, my options, and the implications of my decision, I would be totally in the dark.
