My mother fell dowm yesterday @ 12:30 am. on the sidewalk that is located next to the side door of the Social Security Administration building. The concrete has become uneven and dangerous for people with sergury. A rail would work good for that sidewalk.
I have called 8 freakin times and they continue to hang up on me! I finally get an answer and the rep who answered had the worst attitude, someone clearly took a dump in her cereal this morning, after asking her a question she fails to respond and guess what? HANGS UP ON ME!!!!! Useless! Its scary to know people like this are handling social security claims.
Impossible to get decent help from these people. Always referred to web site or to office. What the HELL DO YOU EVEN LIST A PHONE NUMBER? Completely useless!!!
Usually come here 2 or 3 times a year. I have no complaints about staff or security they do they're iobs very well. What I do have a problem with are some of the people who come here expecting they be seen right away. People talking to loud not following rules or the instructions given by the security. And to whomever reads this understand if you come here or any Government or Federal building (EXPECT TO WAIT). If you truly are in a hurry plan ahead clear your schedule for the day. To the staff
