The people that worked here the other night or very friendly. They'll do whatever you wanted done to your pizza. They were on time with the pizza. Real friendly business they will help you with anything. They explain things well.
This place has the WORST customer service. My first and last time there! They double charged my credit card and then when I called back the so-called owner said I would have to provide a bank statement because I could be lying and he has a business to run. Then when I showed up he accused me of being fishy and after a 15 minute argument, finally refunded my money in cash! Then the driver pulled up, who was the same guy that double charged me, came over and apologized. As he tried to make excuses, the "owner" then comes out of his box and yells to the driver that if he ever screws up again, it's coming out if his pocket. He was yelling all of this in front of my children. What poor professionalism! And poor way to run a business!
First time we ordered, Philly cheese steak and it was great! Took over an hour to deliver, even though I live less than a mile away. Second time we ordered, same thing, no peppers or onions on both Philly's and he gave me attitude for wanting what I ordered. I spent 30$ SMH never again
I'm currently staying at the Candelwood Suites. Someone from Angelos slip their ad/coupons under our door. We ordered the mini sandwiches. 1: The delivery guy didn't know where our hotel was and called me for directions like, don't you have GPS? 2: There is no delivery fee however if you pay with a card they charge $2 for processing. 3: I order the chicken parm sandwich and it wasn't breaded chicken, it was cold, and the bread was soggy. Never again. Not worth it.
Wonderful food :) The employee was very friendly and made small talk with us while we ordered. Pizza and wings were hot and great! (good wings are hard to come by in San antonio) definitely recommend this place. Go by to pickup your order instead of having them deliver. That way you wait 10 minutes for your food but it's fresh!
