After placing an order online that was supposed to be ready at 5:15. I showed up at the store at 5:16 paid for my order and was told by the cashier Valerie that I would need to sit and wait for it to finish in that it was almost ready. And then she proceeded to announce that she was headed to H-E-B to get juice. 15 minutes later I was still waiting, then when another cashier came up and asked me if I had been helped I told her yes I was waiting on an order that I placed to be ready at 5:15 she then checked the delivery bags and saw that my order had been ready all this time. This is a second bad experience that I've had at the store it seems to me that they have very young people working there that have very little experience and no training whatsoever needless to say I will not be back to this Pizza Hut ever again even though it's the closest one to my house. I'd rather go out of my way for better service!
Pizza was ice cold on the buffet line and the peaches in the salad bar were fermented. Waitress was very nice.
Today when I made my order I requested the pizza be made well done, and when I got it, the pizza was STILL RAW! The employees always seem intoxicated. I've gone to restaurants known to be worse and have gotten better service than this place provides.
Every time I have gone here my order has been wrong. And my delivery was only delivered to the right address ONCE out of 3 times.
There was a mix up with my delivery. I didn't answer my phone and my order was canceled. They were calling to let me know they couldn't find my address. I got upset..the manager was awesome. Very apologetic. Remade my order and resent it. Giving me a discount as well. This is the first time I have ever had a problem with them. We will still order from here. Always good service. I will also answer my phone is the future. My apologies to the staff for not being able to. Keep up the great work and great customer service.
The service was really bad , I don't know why it is like this ALL the time. I don't live very far and it's easy for my elderly mother to be able to get out and enjoy the company of her children and maybe have a nice meal. It started when the person came to take our order, I really thought it was a kid who was picking up and order and running off. He was in a T-shirt and blue jeans ,hat on backwards, combat boots with his jeans stuffed in them. I was worried he would get the order wrong because he didn't write ANYTHING down, well, I was right . After waiting AND finally going up there to ask about it 45 MINUTES LATER it comes WRONG just what I was thinking it would. SO SO disappointing! There is more but it's not going to change the fact that I WILL NOT GO EAT THERE ANYMORE. I will write corporate office which I know won't do any good but at least if only the janitor reads it someone will understand that this location needs new management, training, and employees that really care to be there and serve good food and service.Paying customers deserve that at least.
