My brother placed an order for carry out. I went to go pick it up and when i got home i realized they gave me the wrong pizza. I called the store to tell them what happened and the person who answered the phone was very apologetic and took our order over the phone and said he will make sure to put our order first and have them deliver it due to the inconvenience. And again apologized for the mix up. We hang up. A mintue later the store calles me back and says we have your pizzas here for you. If we deliver it its gonna be an extra charge. And i said no i called and spoke to someone about the mix up and they said they would deliver it for free. The guy asked who did i talk to i said the employees name and he said we don't have anyone by that name working here and i said okay well whoever it was they said they would bring it out to me. The guy goes on to say well the pizzas are here. I replied okay well how did you get my number since the order wasn't placed on my account? The guy replies saying my driver has the order pulled up and i called back the number and i said okay so then i did talk to someone about the situation. He goes on to say okay we'll have it out to you in like 45 mins because we have other orders. I just say okay and he hangs up.
I love this pizza! I went in to order and was greeted immediately and I waited on the pizzas that took only 12 minutes. Friendly staff and helpful.
Dont try to lie and make me come back or pay extra because y'all made a mistake.
Charges $3 for delivery charge on a pizza that is cold and a 2 liter that is warm. Paid Almost $20 for a horrible experience with this location for a large pizza, and a 2 liter. Will not used Dominoes and will pick up from Pizza Hut in future.
Very consistent, always delicious. I would prefer being able to add as many toppings on my pasta as I want. Charge me more, I understand. That's the app, the store itself is great!
The place SEEMS shady, but my pizza was made timely, and it was good pizza.
