Never again ..... this Jimmy’s pizza place was a horrible experience ! our first time and certainly our last.When I called to complaine and let them know they completely messed up my order they put me on a 10 min hold then they hung up on me.i called back asked for the manager I got Tony he was rude and defensive straight off the bat not professional at all I called to let him know that the pizza we got was not what we ordered he automatically started to tell me about the delivery time he wasn’t listening to the customer. I wasn’t calling about delivery. I told him that the pizza was not what we wanted or ordered he stared saying that’s what we ordered when in fact he read me what we ordered And ya they were wrong. Not even an I’m sorry instead he was rude and still defensive and didn’t even make it right he just said he didn’t charge us what he should have but darn we paid 40 bucks for two pizzas that weren’t even good no business being in business ...
Worst costumer service ever!! Tony the manager was a douche and he messed up my order! How do You forever to put SAUCE on a pizza???? He didn’t want to make it right! Spent 40 dollars and took one bite! Not worth your money!! I wish I could give a negative star .... this place seriously needs better management ... did I mention it took 2 hours to get here?
Now a family that works there and very customer friendly. Very good food there I recommend the wings and some pizza.
Ordered dinner to be delivered to my hotel. Genleman taking my order was very nice. Delivery came at the exact time they quoted and the driver was very nice. I ordered pizza and cheese sticks. Wasn't expecting much of the cheese sticks since it was delivery but they were still hot and very good. The pizza was delicious!! So glad I chose this place over a chain joint.
