Use to be my go to place to get my pizza fix. Found out they no longer deliver to my area when I tried to place an order. Complained about the issue and got a response stating "to better service our customers, we have decided to reduce our delivery area for this location" Guess i'm not considered a "customer". Seems like they want to cater to downtown people only.
Took my order over the phone, went to pick it up. They had no record of my order even being taken. Yes, I called the correct location as I only order from one location. Someone just dropped the ball. No apologies or discount.
Ordered a pizza at 6:30pm and was quoted 85-95 mins (which is a pretty long time if you ask me, ariving between 7:56-8:06pm). Being the patient people we are, waited until the last possible minute and then some. Still no pizza. Decided to call into the store at 8:11pm to see what was going on. Still no big deal. However, the guy that answered the phone was abrupt and super short. When I asked about the status of our pizza he got immediately defensive and said they are on a 2-2:30 hour delivery time but our pizza is ready and at the store. I said I understood but was quoted a specific time, hence the reason for my calling. Him, continuing to stay in a defensive state, said well what do you want me to do? I asked how much longer it will be. He said it will be another 30-40 mins. Are you kidding? You just said our pizza is ready yet you are now saying it will take another half hour or more before your driver will even be leaving the store with it. I politely asked him to cancel our order. He said ok and then hung up. Cool. very rude. Will not be order from this store again. Rip Papa John's quality.
Screwed up my order and did not make an effort to make it right. You're better than that papa John!
Placed our order online for carryout. Went to pick up order and nobody comes to the front counter. A lady working was looking at a map, didn't acknowledge us or said anything. Got on the phone and was taking orders. I see my order just sitting there ready to go. There are about 4 other employees in the back and none of them come up to the counter. The lady placed the people on the phone on hold and I'm thinking its to help us but no she went back to the map and still hasn't even said anything to us and went right back to taking the order on the phone. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Well finally after about a 15 min wait I was asked how can I help you. Remind you again that when i first Got there I see my order was ready to go. So yes my pizza was cold!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!
