Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the Manager. I was told me food would be to me in 45 min. It got there 1hr and 20 min. later. I checked to temperature and it was right next to room temperature. When I told the manager who happened to be the driver, he said he would bring another pizza but take the 1st one. He wanted me to sit another hour and be hungry? I asked him could I get a percent off or just bring another.. Instead he chose to argue back and forth about him stating that he said it would be more than 45 min. He was very rude and represented Rami's in a bad light. To have been in business for that long I would have thought I woukd have had a better experience. If you decide to go with this place, expect a late order, rudeness, and dishonesty when dealing with the manager. I have requested for the actual owner to call me to resolve this. I will post the update later should he call.
It was my first time here.I had there meat calzone. It was awesome.I would recommend coming here to eat lunch or dinner. It doesn't look like much from the outside. The food is well worth the price.
I have ordered here for pick up a few times. They're usually late in making their orders. Usually have to wait 5-10 past their quote time. Their wings are decent with plenty of meat, but the sauce dries and the wings stick to the foil they're wrapped in, causing the skin and some meat to stick and burn against the foil when you pry it off. The pizzas are OK to good, especially for the price. Cheese and pepperoni are their best quality toppings. The rest of their meats have little flavor and their veggies taste generic from a can. They have a carryout special for a Large Pepperoni for $6.99 that's hard to beat and currently have a Wednesday special for a $4.00 Medium Pepperoni. I would advise staying away from their pasta entrees. Their spaghetti is generic, the lasagna is decent but flooded with sauce that's just OK, and their "chicken parmesan" is more like dry burned hard chicken nuggets mixed in with fidello instead of angel hair pasta and yes the same generic sauce. Their pepperoni bread is pretty good, but for the $6.99 price, hard to justify not getting a large pepperoni pie instead. I give this place 3 stars instead of 2 because they do Pepperoni pizza better than the national chains and at a good price.
The Greek Pizza is the best around. Very yummy and cooked to perfection. If you want homemade, this is the place. We moved further away but still make the drive to pick it up.
When I placed my order I specified that I don’t drink soda and I would like either water (they didn’t) or juice. They only had brisk and we said we’d take that. As as soon as I get my d livery he tried to hand me a sprite and in frustration I tell the driver that I specifically asked for the 2 liter brisk Ice tea. 30 minutes passed and I called them to make sure they were still returning with my 2liter. The employee who picks up the phone has horrible customer service by telling me he sent the driver out on another delivery and I would have to wait an additional 45mins JUST to get what I purchased although they’re the ones who screwed up on my order. So basically I’m paying for their mistakes and also don’t come first when it comes to the consumer. Poor service, poor employees and I will never order from them again! Not to mention he says “we weren’t supposed to deliver that way anyways because” I’m assuming because of the distance and yet the fact of the matter is, you still took order and money without hesitation so that was of irrelevance. So disappointed!!
