From now on, if people insist on going there, I'll just stay home.
Atmosphere is great. Food is just fair. The boneless wings were really hard..weren't good at all. I love their fresh strawberry lemonade....it's the best! But service is awful. My boyfriend ordered a beer which took the waitress forever to bring because she was too busy talking in the corner to the other waitress. When she finally brought him the beer, it was the wrong one.
Three strikes, it's out.
The second time, food was once again blah, but service was better. Left a 20% tip, then once the charge came through on the bank statement, $10 had been added. Contacted the manager, zero resolution from him, had to dispute the unauthorized charge with the bank.
The third time, I didn't want to go at all, but everybody else wanted to have a drink and watch a ballgame. I told them what had happened with the tip, they said they'd pay cash, it wouldn't be an issue. True enough, but they still ended up with an issue: getting sick from the food. I didn't bother ordering any food, so I was spared getting sick, at least.
I was fine with never going back after the first time, but ended up returning because the people I went with chose the place.
visited twice, the atmosphere is awesome. both times there was no wait, food came out in timely manner. food was as ordered. Would go here again and recommend to friends and family.
On the first visit, service was slow and inattentive, items were forgotten from the order (but not from the check--getting that straightened out was a hassle), and the food we did receive was mediocre.
Had dinner at this location for the first time last night....my server Meagan was AWESOME! She was friendly, prompt, and very much so knowledgeable about everything BWW has to offer. Overall, my experience was GREAT and I'll definitely be back in the very near future!!!
I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. It was mostly bread very little meat and it was not hot. If I go back, I will not order that sandwich again. The service was good.
