I try to avoid at lunch time, the line gets backed up a little but they do their best to get the meals pushed out. Fries have always been fresh and burgers made to spec. My only issue is it can be a bit pricey for a full meal.
Five Guys gives fast, friendly service while serving up delicious burgers and fries. Every time I go with family or friends, the staff is welcoming. No matter rush hour or only a few people, the crew here dishes out tasty food. If you want a good, honest burger just the way you like it with a generous amount of fries, then Five Guys is the place to come. There's a reason why Five Guys was named the top burger place. Don't forget to try the Cajun Fries!
As if I needed to explain, Five Guys makes the best overall hamburger/cheeseburger in all of The Universe; don't ask me to prove that. I think it unlikely you would be reading this review to find out the obvious, so I'll tell you about how the experience is always consistently pleasant. Roman, Josh, and others who work there are always trying to provide the best experience they can. Don't expect a typical fast food experience here- the food is fast, but is high quality to match their incredible service. Also there are peanuts, every soda you'd want (yes, including Diet Dr Pepper), and plenty of ketchup.
The reason today's visit receives 3 stars is due to the friendly service provided by the woman taking my order. 2 stars were not earned due to the mess of the burger I could not finish eating due to not being able to hold it without it literally falling apart. I dined alone as I was in the area shopping, and $16 for fries, a drink, and hot mess of a burger that was completely impossible to eat..i left donating those $16 to a multi-million dollar industry.

Five Guys are FAST and FABULOUS! You can have your burgers anyway you like. Wash it down with a banana and bacon shake. Extraordinary!!!
