Waiter provided excellent wait service. He tended to our needs before we asked for them. Meal was excellent, large portions, bottomless salad and bread sticks. Prices have gone up however, it is still well worth it! Had a good experience today!
Had not been to this Olive Garden on 281 and Bitters in a year or so. Walking in the hostesses didn't really greet you, and I know what that is suppose to look like. My daughter was the hostess here and she ALWAYS had a great smile to make customers feel welcomed. The server was not welcoming either. Never refilled our tea, had my spouse's soup right next to us, but waited to give it to us because she was too busy talking to another server. When we asked for something, she would pass right by us, go to another table and then us. If she passed us, she should of served us first since it was just the bill. As far as the food, the bread was not warm and hard. However, the lasagna was delicious as the sweet tea.Then the server kept our 50 cents change because we assume she thought we were not going to tip her, which we did tip her. So overall, I am generously giving 3 stars only for the lasagna and sweet tea, nothing else.
The food was overpriced and awful. The salad that you get at the beginning of your meal I used to love so much but was drenched with their salad dressing. The two things that we ordered as you can see in the picture they were disgusting. Nothing worse then having a romantic evening with your honey and having terrible food that you wants remembered was good. Olive Garden needs to reevaluate their food. Our waitress and the staff was amazing that's the only reason we paid for the food we got. We had to take what we ordered and make it better at home which is pretty sad. We will never be going back to Olive Garden or suggesting it to anybody else.
Extremely diversified menu for food, and drinks. Excellent, attentive, friendly service. Their outstanding, customer favorite is the "endless" salad and soup bowls. They also have some unlimited pasta dishes. You must try their specialty drink, the peach Bellini.......fantastic. They also serve excellent wines, and even have non alcoholic drink specialties.
Amazing service. Really enjoy being able to visit with co-workers in a comfortable and professional environment. Our service was fast and accurate.
