If you lose your ticket be prepared to pay $20 lost ticket fee, though it isn't too bad compared to the $15 rate you'll pay for a typical dinner visit
The biggest issue I have with this garage is that it is so, ridiculously EXPENSIVE! I was parked there for only a few hours and was charged $18. Also, the spots were small even for my very compact car. It is well located, but in the future I will walk much further rather than pay this much.
Horrible. The manager named Gustavo or whatever his name should not be working there. I wish I had the name of the lady's name on the phone as well. Basically, I parked and accidentally paid $12.00 dollars too early after I parked. Less than two hours later, I come back to exit and the machine stated I had to pay $12.00 again. I called MSG to fix issue, but the lady on the phone was very adamant that I had to pay $12.00. I escalated to the manager, Gustavo. This guy seriously needs to go back to school. First, he insults us by stating that (I can't quite remember word for word what he said) ~"we have a lot of cars coming out and your the first one to do this." Thanks Gustavo, I guess we're just idiots, aren't we? So I asked him to give us credit since we already paid. Then he said, "You have to pay for two more hours because you went over" LOL. My wife was the one that budge in and told him we still were under two hours. He then states, "So you parked at 8:20pm and now it's.....(trying to calculate an easy math problem) and it's still 10:05pm, so ok...I'll let you go this time"...
Ya, you screwed up. All of you. All you had to do was say, "I'm sorry, but don't worry, sir. It was an honest mistake. Since you are still under two hours and you paid, we understand. Thank you and have a good night (while gate opens)....that's called customer service, you idiots. I can't believe you don't even have a flat rate like the rest of the garages. But you have to be special and greedy, eh?
$12 for about an hour, covered parking. Worked out great for me!
I work a stone's throw away from this garage. This garage has many spots reserved by businesses for their workers; because of this it will typically be full on weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, but is usually available any other time. The best thing about this garage is that it's in one of the best locations in downtown San Antonio and is right next to Schilo's (best deli in downtown SA). Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the spots are small which does not couple well with the typical Texas obsession with trucks. This means navigating the garage can be more than difficult, especially if you're in a larger vehicle.
