The staff here is very knowledgeable and helpful. Never are they pushy or trying to sell a particular product on you. They have great prices all around from amphibian's to food , accessories and fresh/saltwater tanks.
Chris knows everything there is to know about fish, aquarium, lighting, fish food and breeding fish. He is very helpful!
They did not honestly tell me about their fish. They treated me as if I was a complete idiot. They showed me 2 different tanks saying that they were different fish. When comparing they looked and were exactly the same except one tank had a $4 mark up. I had done extensive research on the fish I wanted but what they showed me was clearly not the fish I wanted.
One of the best places to buy fish in San Antonio. I've been there A LOT the past few months and I can't remember these guys not knowing a answer to one of my questions. Staff is very knowledgable and friendly.
We went yesterday spent over 700.00 on fish. Chris helped us and he was very paitent and helpful!! We live almost an hour away but won't ever go anywhere else for our fish hobby needs!!! The store was clean staff was awesome fish are beautiful and healthy! Really nice to see employees take pride in there work!!
