We need a police presence in our neighborhoods also not just on the main streets writing tickets. Our cars and homes are being broken into and the criminals know the cops aren't around and if someone calls it takes them to long to respond. We need them to do what they proclaim on their squad cars. TO SERVE AND PROTECT. Quit doing the easy work and take a proactive approach to crimes. Responding to take a report any pencil pusher can do.
We take pics with LEO’s often and are extremely thankful for their service. Regardless, of this particular LEO’s lacking in public relations. We will always support our LEO’s and keep them in our prayers. This San Antonio LEO, unfortunately, disrespected a couple of civilians who are avid supporters of Law Enforcement. We caution that behavior towards your supporters. This is where the public fear comes into play. This is an example of a LEO who makes Y’All look bad. God Bless our LEO’s and Thank You for Your Service.

Extremely, disappointed in the lack of respect to Civilians by a San Antonio LEO the week of November 7th, at the Airport. We asked for a picture with an Officer and he rudely stated “we do not take pics.” I said, well, thank you for your service and God Bless You. The evil and sultry look on his face was eery, scary and questionable. I actually thought, my God, this is scary. I have NEVER had such a pit in my stomach because of LEO ever, before. We do speculate, there was something more, as to why he refused a picture with us. We are choosing not to address at this time.
I live in Victoria Texas. And my son lives in San Antonio called the department 2 times they said I can NOT file a report because I don't live there?
Officer Gomez is amazing. I worked with him regarding a minor car collision a couple weeks ago. He went far beyond my expectations by ensuring that all information was collected in an orderly fashion and offering his time in the event that the insurance company needed to speak with him. Thank you Officer Gomez. Although things did not turn out in my favor I appreciate all the time and work you invested to give justice an opportunity to prevail. Best wishes to you.

I spoke to a supervisor of communications told me his name was Jose Chaires. Who was rude and said that there was nothing he can do.
Too lazy to work the stop lights when they go out. This police force is always having issues including their officers drinking and driving with kids in the vehicle. Quit over eating and get proactive.
