I'm a regular here and have been for quite a while, customer service is always great & THIS location always has great food. Nothing negative at all to say
To start, I will say I was recently a manager at this restaurant (to put your mind at ease, I left for a better opportunity in my field of finance), but I still return regularly to eat. I read every single review before writing my own to address any issues: first, if you had bad customer service due to a female cashier, I know who it is, and she is gone. Second, to those who have complaints about portion sizes...ask for more; they will not hesitate. And I know for a fact (I can prove it with statistics) that this store's issue is not under-portioning, it’s over-portioning. Lastly, I know all the other stores and their managers; my top 3 recommendations are 410 & San Pedro (here), the Medical Center, and the Vineyard. Enjoy!
Just left... Two days in a row I've gone. Customer service is so bad. The girl at the register tried charging me for a side of damn sour cream and I ordered 2 bowls and tacos... and then was rude about... "you want it or what?!?!" F YOU lady... avoid this place... customer service is horrible...
Something was burning on the grill, the server gave me about a teaspoon of cheese, and just put the roasted veggies in a pile on one corner of my bowl, and the cashier forgot to give me my drink cup. Despite all that, the food was very good, as usual! This location usually has better service in the past, so I'm rating them a three. Best location is still the Chipotle on Medical.
One of the better Chipotle units that I've visited. Food quality is good; service is typically prompt and friendly. Portions are a bit more generous than other locations.
