3 stars for an extraordinarily long wait for 1 turkey burger, 1 regular burger, and 2 kids meals.
After about an hour wait for our food, I saw someone pick up an order of onion rings. And later, my wife's burger came out with 3 onion rings. ???
music was too loud but mostly good music...
Which was pretty dang gross!!!
Then, when I tried to order onion rings with my order, I was told that they were completely out.
The vegetable bar, had good fresh sides for the burgers and the free cheese and jalapeño cheese was good.
The toilet paper on the stairs, well that toilet paper (in the pictures) was directly next to the dining area.
food was fuddruckers. so good... facility needs to be cleaned much more regularly. carpet was dirty with food, tables needed bussing.
Visited this place but I didn't order a burger. However I could see that they all look delicious. Ordered a kale salad and it was very good. The service was friendly and fast. Prices are reasonable.
The place is fairly clean. Tables get cleaned quickly. Serving sizes are large and tasty. My girlfriend has special needs when it comes to food and the management was more the willing to accommodate her. Located next to the Alamo and other downtown attractions.
If you get the chance, grab there Reese's shake! Their nachos were also extremely delicious. I almost exploded from eating so much because it all tasted so wonderful! Husband had the nachos and shared. I had a bacon burger with guacamole. PERFECT! The shake was the absolute best I've ever had! Can't wait to visit TX again and eat here.
1 other drawback was the poor condition of the restrooms, (look at my pictures), staff were quick to clean up the tables as you finished your food, but NO ONE, took the time to pick up or do anything to the restrooms after we told them about them.
Great place. There are no waiters here. It's order at the front. Seating is self serve.
The kids shakes were really good and tasty.
Also, the "FREE WIFI" was nonexistent.
Our food, after it finally came out, was at least hot and the steak fries were good.
We'll see about a return visit. The friends we took, who had never had been to this place before, really liked it.
