Was fantastic to see the operation manager checking if everything was ok or not. That makes the difference vs other restaurants.
This was my first time visiting a Hard Rock Cafe even and I'm happy to say it was amazing. I went with my husband and we were seated immediately. Our waitress was prompt and helpful and not just with the food! My husband order the Java Lava burger and I had the southwest chicken flat bread. Everything, down to even the French fries came out absolutely perfect. The flat bread was spicy and very well seasoned and the burger was different but my husband very much enjoyed it.
Food was Medicare and service was terrible. Full disclosure, 4 adults and 5 kids isn't exactly an easy table to serve, but we were ignored to the point that it took at least 25 minutes to get the check and get out of there. It was a slow, Wednesday afternoon and it took 11 minutes from the time he took our cards to come back so we could sign the receipt and get out of there. Lucky for the server, my wife convinced me to leave a tip, but I don't think he earned it. I will not be returning here for quite some time, and if I return, it won't be my choice.
The food is a little pricey for bar type food but I can't wait to find one closer to me to go to. It was amazing!
We visited this evening after a long hot day with a cranky toddler, a 6 year old, two teenagers, and three adults. We made reservations online and arrived early. We had time to look through the gift shop and enjoy the scenery. Gift shop staff was friendly as were the hostesses. We got our table right on time and were greeted quickly by our waitress. Our drinks, appetizer, and meals came out quickly and everything was delicious. The two youngest children in our group were treated so kindly as they were given a little coloring book, stickers, and their meals come out on a cool plate. One of our kiddos spilled his drink and we didn't even have time to look for extra napkins. Staff came to help immediately. We also were greeted at our table by a manager who asked how food and service was. Treating my kids nicely and inquiring about how our experience is going goes a long way! Wait staff was working hard and being attentive, service was fast, and for as busy as they were, the restaurant was clean! We were very pleased!

We made a reservation and arrived early, we were seated almost immediately. The entire staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was amazing. Our server was Josephine and she was incredible! She was very helpful, attentive and had a great personality. Our food came out quickly and was melt in your mouth delicious. The drinks were also very good and I loved being able to pay a little more and get to keep the glass for a souvenir! We look forward to visiting again when we come back to San Antonio.
