Rude ass mumbling she he in the window had no people skills!!! no large cups and turned large drink lids upside down to make lids for my medium drinks...never again!!
This place always takes forever to do the simplest orders I would recommend no one go there very unprofessional unless you really want some Jack and the crack
So when I ordered my food everything was going great till I pull up to the window and sit there for about five minutes being ignored there was this guy employee there sagging and to me that is disgusting and very unprofessional since they didn't acknowledge me after five minutes went by I drove off as I'm driving off I see the guy in the front of the store throwing his hands up in the air it looked like he was flicking me off.
I went through the Drive Thru and placed order, when I got to the window and waited about 10min before cashier came to window. When she told me it was credit ONLY because they didn't have any cash, (something I was not told when I ordered), fortunately I had cash. When I got home my burgers where poorly wrapped, with ketchup, mayo and cheese oozing out making the wrapper extremely difficult to handle. And you could tell the fries were cooked in VERY old grease with burnt flecks making the fries taste terrible. Over all the WORST Jack in the Box I've ever eaten, I'll NEVER go back!!
Repeated my order wrong and i repeated to make sure it was correct and then the ladie gave me attitude. Repeate what exactly the order is to get it correct.
