Worst food ever. My friend and I got some food to go. We couldn’t stomach the meal, tried giving it to his dogs, they wouldn’t eat it. My friend and I ended up getting food poisoning from that meal. Never again Pei Wei.
Love the food but don't go often due to high price and long wait time to get your food. Today was my birthday and a friend sent me information from a website called "RearFront". It listed Pei Wei as one of many places that gave a away a free meal on your birthday. I thought "perfect"!! When I went in the cashier had no idea but still insistent that it was a no. When asked to see the manager, he was so extremely rude. I will NEVER go back. He never once looked me in the eye. He walked past me to help another customer first. When I stepped forward to ask about the website he rudely stated "I will get to you in a minute. " I turned and walked out. Sad and disappointing. Funny thing is I probably would have ate there anyway even without the free birthday meal. Good job losing my business "manager".

Typically a good dining experience however today's visit(11/8 12p) left alot to be desired. The restaurant was not busy, it was myself and one other couple. One plate came out way before the other and the other was completely cold. The young blonde girl at the register did not even greet with a 'hello,' but just a cold 'for here or to go...' Hopefully customer service is their focus given the unfriendly nature of the first person representing Pei Wei.0
Favorite PAD THAI dish restaurant! Always fast, accurate, easy, and tasty food from here. The staff is always so nice and helpful!
