I recently bought a home that was remodeled. Your San Antonio branch re-did the roof and windows. There is broken glass in my yard still, cam locks that don't lock, and the roof looks like a bunch of 10 year olds did it. My neighbors said the previous owners chose M&M due to their outstanding ratings on Angie's List, Google, Yelp and Facebook. They said the previous owners were waiting for months for them to finish the job. They said the gutters are messed up because of the roofers. Nobody in my neighborhood will ever hire this company. Several people have asked me who did my roof....so they know who to avoid. Thank you for your outstanding quality and craftsmanship. Y'all have shown me how a terrible company can take advantage of disasters (hail in this case) and prey on good hardworking people....just to make an extra buck.

I had heard about M&M Roofing on a radio talk show about 10 years ago and wrote down their name. After a hail storm, I finally had a chance to call them. Chris listened to my concerns and ideas I had in remodel my home and was very helpful in providing guidance. He worked with me during the construction process and even allowed me some time to extract insulation from my attic during the re-decking of my roof with Tech Shield Radiant Barrier (I highly recommend this product...big difference in attic and home temperatures). His roofing crew was very professional and had tons of experience. M&M Roofing never 'hounded' me for money and waited until the entire project, including gutter installation, was completed before requesting payment....$12k+ job. They never even asked for any money up front. Highly recommend!!

It is safe to say that I am VERY skeptical about contractors because of things I had been through and stories from my friends and neighbors.I also believe in doing it right the first time. I needed my roof done immediately as I had a couple of roof leaks. My neighbor recommended M&M. So I called and Chris Traweek came out to my house and gave me an estimate for many things I needed done. I told him I was going to ask 50 thousand questions and he said OK. I thought he would run after I got done with him but, he did not. He was very professional and personable. His presentation was amazing. I had other people come out and give me estimates but, they could not touch Chris' estimate or presentation with a 10 foot pole. His crew was nice and very experienced and when they ran into some issues they took a minute to figure it out and did what was best for my roof instead of ignoring it and covering it up, or taking my pocket book for a ride Chris walked me through everything and took care of me and my roof. He never asked me for any money until after the job was done. If you want the job done right the first time with quality workmanship then call Chris Traweek. Thank you Chris.
