Ray was hired by my general contractor to erect my building . He and the builder fell out over money but eventually settled. The problem though is two years later I called Ray about roof leaks and even offer to pay to fix and I get a promise to show but haven't seen him yet. Nice guy, big talker but no follow through. Stay away .
Terrible experience nothing but problems and in the end they were not willing to take responsibility for all of their mistakes. Very poor job done, they did come back and repair some of the stuff, but only after it was pointed out.
Cindy, the person answering phone detoured me from dealing with this company. Talked down to me as if I could not afford new roof saying "you know metal roofing is 2-3 times more than composite roofing." I said ok. Her reply "well we're not able to go out till end of June to give est." (I called May 9, '16) I went with a more expensive competitor because they walked me step by step and made it painless for me. You're losing customers with the negative representative you have greeting your potential customers. Keep that up and you won't have to worry about anymore negative reviews........you'll be out of business.
