My wife and I are new to running. My wife was recently diagnosed with Diabetes type 1. That being said we had some reservations. We walked in to Fleet Feet and met Morgan. We connected right away as she had so many positive things to say. She was great. Who would think to staff a place of business with people who love their job! She was very attentive to our concerns and took the time to help us. Even though we are new to running, Fleet Feet and staff made us feel like we were part of the running culture and made us feel like we can do this! Fleet Feet has a local business feel - we will be going back! Try it, you will not be disappointed!
Specifically went to store for individual consultation for running shoes. Appreciated knowledge sales associate had about shoes as well as type of shoes that would be best for my feet. Great and quick service too!
Amazing experience. Immediately greeted at the door, gave me exactly what I needed. Very knowledgeable in all shoes, uses, support...great listeners and will guide you into a shoe that is the perfect fit in every way. Can't wait til I need new shoes again, will definitely be coming back. Pros: Retail pricing, no markup, military discount, great stock, fantastic customer service (Thanks, Cindy!), 60 day return policy if the shoe just isn't doing as well as expected. Will let you take a lap outside and test for a great fit. Cons: None. This place is awesome. If you are shopping somewhere else for shoes....you are likely wrong.
I took my sister who has neuroma on the ball of her foot. We came in on a Sunday an hour before they closed and was helped by a man, Carol. Super nice guy and really took his time with my sister. Even though the clock was ticking near closing time Carol was ultra helpful and patient. He helped us find the perfect shoes!
