TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was helped by an employee named Laura(said she has been there for years). I paid $150 for a pair of somewhat comfortable shoes and didn't realize until after I got home that the website says they're supposed to scan and analyze your feet to determine the proper shoe and possibly an additional insole. I was never scanned and never offered the service. This shoe analyzing technology is a huge selling point for this store and other stores like this one but for some reason this employee didn't feel the need to offer me this service. I went back the next day and explained to Laura that the shoes felt uncomfortable and I still wasn't offered the foot analysis or an exchange. It's like they didn't care about my feet or my business. I received a refund and won't be returning. I do not recommend this store and if you are looking to by New Balance shoes from a New Balance store then you might be better off visiting the Forum location or the Quarry location.
Definitely recommending to friends and coworker. Hayley (not sure how to spell her name) was the perfect sales associate. I called ahead to see if they provided to fitting analysis that I had hear about and headed right over when she told me they did. She knew her stuff and she really gave me the confidence in my purchase. The store was great, I didn't actually look at the product on the walls, I just went in and gave Hayley as much information as possible and let her do her thing and I am not at all disappointed. The service was fantastic, and the product is going to help me a lot in my fitness and health goals. A lot of good came out of this visit. If you're an athelete needing a little guidence or insight to your stride and a shoe that will take you the diatance stop in and definitely ask for Hayley.
The best..fast superfriendly service..and well worth it..i go my work shoes here and my god...my feet feel 100000 times better its amazing..worth every penny vs putting off proper foot care for longer term problems..Laura helped me and she was sooo nice!!!!!
Great service. Came in 5 minutes til closing. Got helped, did the pressure test,walked the treadmill, sized my feet amd tried on a couple pairs in my color I asked. Exactly what i was looking for in a shoe, very helpful and informative. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you. By the way I did not want to take my shoes off when i got home lol.
Lacking Customer Service!! This was our first time at a New Balance location. My family and I walked in, no greeting, no eye contact, no "Hi, we will be right with you, not even "Hi, if you can please Sign In and we will be with you shortly". NOTHING.. We walked around for about a minute, still nothing was said.. We just walked out.. HORRIBLE!!!!!
