$$60!! The woman tried to be polite but like it was not in her nature, I even asked how long she's done this and she said 15yrs.unbelievable! My cuticles are still on my toes! They were not polished and cleaned up, all she did was soak my feet and put on
I'm not sure about the complaints but I have been coming here for about 5 years and this is one of the best by far. It is my happy place if only for a day or two. I've come alone, with the kids and with friends to this resort and I always get to the spa

I went to this spa while I was in town for a much needed break. Lee was amazing! I did a 90 minute massage and it was easily one of the best I've had. She listened to my concerns and focused on areas that I was extra tense. She also asked during my massage to make sure everything was going well and I was comfortable. The salon facility is beautiful. My only regret is not spending more time there using the spa facilities. Will definitely be returning to the spa and hoping be able to get Lee as my masseuse again!
I was there this weekend to celebrate our 10yr. Wedding anniversary, and had a great message experience, the person was very polite and did great pressure points, BUT I do have to say that the pedicure I had really sucked for

Enjoyed the facial but their business office is so unprofessional and completely disorganized. For that reason alone, I will never return. I booked a treatment for myself and my friend giving them my credit card to guarantee our appointments. We both had our services and we both checked out and paid our bill. Somehow, my friend's service ended up on my credit card. When I called, I was told that she did not pay (which she did because I saw her pay) so they billed it to me. Completely unethical. My card was given to guarantee the appointment, not to pay the bill. They even had her telephone number as well as mine - no one called either of us. Turns out somehow her swipe did not go through. Completely not our fault. After all was said and done, she called them and took care of her bill over the phone, and they credited my card, but we will BOTH never return. Very poor handling on their part. Ruined the entire hotel weekend experience for me.
