Last thing to note is that they never seem to have change for tips and the front desk girls were never very welcoming.
I went 3 times because I had a Groupon for microdermabrasion. The first treatment was pretty good, the 2nd was great, and the 3rd one was very disappointing. The girl seemed like she was rushing through it and in the end, it was only about 30 min instead of 45 like the first 2. The products she used on my face also didn’t smell or feel as great as the previous 2 treatments. I was particularly missing that amazing oatmeal mask that the other ladies used on me.
i had 6 sessions hair laser removal and IT DID NOT WORK AT ALL.. before i started the sessions they convinced me that the hair will not be gone 100%, but it will be much less. and at the end of the sessions they told me that every person is different. i had a laser before in another place and it was gone for couple of months and got back.. but in this office, the hair never disappeared. it was waist of money.
Defiantly recommend; they have friendly professional staff and a clean facility.
This place is horrible. On the surface it is clean and decorated nicely but behind the scenes management tells the employees not to change the sheets after every person which is against the law. The products are running low so can't always use what is best for the customer, the microdermabrasion machine is held together by tape. The employees are nice, honest people that want to give the best possible service but are forced to work with what the company has. On top of that employees are shorted on checks and don't get the credit card tips the customer gives them. Find a better spa, this one is NOT worth the discounted groupon price.

Staff made me feel comfortable and they understood my needs.
