Great! Love the weekends because of the pet adoptions. The buy a bag give a meal to a homeless animal. Plus the fact they allow agencies in to get homeless animals forever homes. The employees are happy and knowledge animal lovers. I visit just to see the animals sometimes.

I've been shopping at this particular PetSmart since I moved here in 2012. The staff are super helpful and friendly and go out of their way to answer questions or find a product for me. I mean, they bend over backward. So someone complaining on the web "aisles usually crowded with inventory and associates not very helpful"...that person isn't even brave enough to post a photo. The reason the aisles are crowded is because PetSmart has a LOT of products for you to choose from. The store is FULL of stuff you might want to buy and has EVERYTHING! And "not very helpful"...well, I beg to differ. And I love their grooming services and every time I visit, I must visit the kitties. They are always different, even a few days later. Why? Because they have found homes. And if you pay attention, all the kitties are VERY HAPPY! I adopted one kitty from this PetSmart two years ago. I also LOVE to watch the doggies in doggie day care who are learning to socialize with other dogs. Simply amazing to watch. So much fun! Well, gotta go now because I'm on my way to PetSmart to pick up some cans of food for two of my cats. If I could give PetSmart TEN STARS, that's what they would be rated!!!
They are well stocked, I had been searching for a particular dog food. I had an appointment in the medical center area, so after, I went to several stores seeking it. A seed and feed in that area, a pet store on 281 and finally PetSmart in the Forum. That is where I found it. I feel that I should have gone there in the first place since they are not that far from my home. I was just hoping to purchase the dog food on the way home. I'll know for the future.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have just about everything you might need for any kind of pet. They also have a groomer, a pet hotel, and training classes for dogs, as well as an adoption center and a partnership with a local rescue program. Feel free to bring your pets!
